Cooperation with Otodom – a leader on Polish real estate market – is a series of activities supporting communication with real estate brokers and building their brand loyalty. „Real Estate Broker” quarterly is just a beginning of joint activities, which include dedicated animations or photo sessions as well as online and offline promotional activities.

Challenge.
The strategic goal was to provide real estate brokers and expert readers with content that not only combines knowledge from many areas, but is also necessary to successfully complete real estate transactions. We had to look broadly at the profession of a real estate broker and understand their daily professional challenges and, as a result, provide them with valuable knowledge not only about real estate, but also sociology, psychology, law, and tools that they can use in practice..

Implementation.
Skivak acquires valuable content and delivers it in an interesting visual graphic form. Each issue consists of inspirational interviews, data analyzes from the latest industry reports, reviews of current marketing trends and an attempt to identify the best practices for building the image of real estate offices and brokers. We create content for everyone who wants to develop their workshop, as well as receive a handful of inspiration to work better and more efficiently.
Together with the client we planned and implemented a dedicated photo session for the winners of the plebiscite for the Broker of the Year.
The special supplement was released in 2019. We took care of its appropriate, prestigious graphic design.


Result.
Custom publishing in a traditional, paper edition has allowed Otodom to reach the offices of brokers and developers. It is an effective channel of communication with the client, which builds an expert image and trust among recipients. Cyclical issues have created a noticeable bond with the brand. The magazine is perceived as an added value to the Otodom service and – most importantly – implements the brand’s long-term strategy.
The magazine received two awards – gold and silver in the Power of Content Marketing competition.
