OLX Job is a leading job offer site among blue collars. The „Get to Know Your Employee” project is an analysis of needs of selected professional groups from the segment of physical and office employees. Skivak supported OLX throughout the whole process by participating in design thinking workshops, designing key visual of whole action, taking care of graphic design of workshop and evening gala promoting the report, creating a dedicated landing page, as well as providing a dedicated team during several months of intensive work.
Our challenge was to improve the perception of the „Work” category at OLX among people associated with recruitment of employees (employers and HR specialists), building an image of an expert (knowledge sharing) the eyes of OLX’s largest business and potential future business clients.
Our team consisting of graphic designers and project managers supervised a wide process of designing Key Visual for the report and all activities related to its promotion. As part of our work, we were responsible for: publication design, graphic presentation of quantitative research, landing page, report binding and preparation of printed materials related to a special event that accompanied the premiere of the report.
As a result of joint activities with the client and research agencies, a report of 800 copies was issued and distributed to OLX business clients. Over 1000 reports downloaded online from a dedicated landing page. A 65% increase in the number of people watching LinkedIn OLX channel Work within 4 weeks of the report’s release – an unprecedented organic growth allows believing that a deep analysis of the described professional groups, given in an accessible graphical form, met with positive market reception.
